How to find my booking
To access your booking, please log in to your account using the mobile used at the time of registration

What if I need to cancel a session I am booked in for?
If you are unable to attend a session that you have committed to attending as a part of the program, then we ask you to let us know 48 hours prior to the outing or session by logging into your account and cancelling OR by calling 1800 225 474.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, you will be charged for the event that you were booked in for.
